We notify our customers when their order is shipped.
We ship most orders within 48 hours directly to the customer.
Shipping in the US is FREE.
Shipping option we use is USPS Ground.
We inspect thoroughly each item before we package and ship out direct to the customer. We do our best to ensure all is intact and in perfect condition. However, if the item was damaged during shipping, the customer needs to send us an Email within 3 days of receipt of their order is the limit. The customer will then have the option to exchange the item for one of the same item if still in stock, or another choice of equal value.
We ask that our customers inspect the merchandise as soon as they receive their delivery.
Exchanging an item... upon receiving the shipment back to us, we will do this as quickly as possible usually within 7 business days the replacement will be shipped out to customer depending if items are in stock, and customer will be notified via Email. For items that are exchanged that are not in stock, please expect 2-4 week process.
About the products we offer: There are no Designer names on most of the products we offer. We do not manufacture most of these products. The products we offer that are Designer are by Dorri Karen . and will have the Dorri Karen label on them.
Sales Tax... On line sales businesses are only required to charge sales tax within the state that the business is located in. DK.com is located in NYS therefore we are required to charge only NYS residents a sales tax. No Sales Tax charged for orders coming in from out of NYS.
